All going well. We had a few issues with our iICE server and getting support over the past couple of months however I’ve been really impressed by Unovaetek team Manasa and Santhi. They were both really responsive and gave very clear answers and directions for steps we had to complete ourselves. I’m not sure if they’re local or offshore however I’ve found email comms to be great.
I like to thank the deployment, test and support team at Innovit. They’ve worked hard and provide exceptional service I can’t fault. Good work all and thank you for your help.
I would like to appreciate and acknowledge Santhi efforts. In the past I have dealt with some members of the Support Team at Innovit and it was challenging. I had to repeat myself multiple times and go through the issue again and again. It was extremely challenging. However, in this instance, I would say I was very impressed with Santhi. She understood the requirements or what we were after with minimal input. Moreover, She took the initiative to assist me a lot with this. This is very good to see.
